Garret turned 1 on June 15th :) yes I'm a little late but we are having so much fun this summer I do NOT want it to end!! Going swimming lots and tons of fire works!! Anyways that is all to come but I figured I better pick up where I left off so here is the party!! I was so excited for this party!! It was fun to get the family together!! Zach whole family came including his grandma betty, and then my whole family including michelle that came from logan and my grandparents this is one loved little guy!!
My mom and I made a cute banner that had garrets picture of every month it
was fun to see how much he has grown!!
And of course cousin's helping open presents!! Landen and Carter are so cute with Garret
they are always making sure he is part of the action by giving him a fry or a toy... What ever they
are doing Garret is right there so it's so nice that they are so cute with him
He got so many things he liked he kepts going from one thing to the next, he didn't really
know what to do it was so cute and funny!!
My mom and dad got him a wagon so here is Landen helping Zach put it together.
Landen loves putting stuff together and he's really good about it too!!
Garret did NOT like the cake on his hands!! It started out as just rubbing it around in
his hands and he freaked out and put it all over his face, sorry didn't get a picture of that but
it was bad enough he was then taken for a quick bath haha
After his bath he was excited to get back out so we put him in the wagon he seemed to
like it at first but then....
He HATED it haha once everyone was gone we tried it again and he loved he... He now
every night walks to the door and points because he wants to go for his wagon ride. I don't know what we are going to do in the winter it could be bad!!
Zach parents got him this cute camo chair he loves, we sit in it and watch dad mow the lawn,
he feels like a big boy in it!!
They also got this lawn mower for him he loves it too!! He takes it all over our house
Then here he is the end of his birthday with his sippy of milk...

I had to add this picture to show how cute my boys are... when zach is home Garret is every where he goes!! This was the other day when it was raining Garret wanted to go out in it so here he is bare foot and all walking in the rain and he loved it!!
Some things about Garret are he LOVES food!!! I can't even tell you what his favorite foods are because he eats everything! I could have just fed him a big lunch and then when I sit down to eat he's right there wanting some of mine haha

and I'm pretty sure he said cookie the other day at the swimming pool when Carter was eating one
A month ago he hated swimming pools but now he loves them we have actually gone the last
two day and I bet he could go again today
He doesn't like people... He's a big mama's boy unless dad is home. He will go to his
grandpa's but has to warm up to grandma's and it takes awhile
He walks every where none stop. He walks until he falls asleep, he'll all the sudden
sit down and fall asleep.
He loves to read!! All of his books are in a little corner and he'll bring one to me, put his arms up for me to pick him up and we sit and read... his favorite ones are the ones you can feel stuff

All in all this little boy keeps me busy but I love it and can't imagine it any other way!!! I'm so blessed to be able to stay at home with him and have a hard working husband that after he works all day comes home and plays hard with garret!!
As I said in the begining I've got alot of catching up to do but I've got to get pictures from my dad so that will hopefully happen soon!! Stay tuned :)
